What to include so we can help faster
- The device you’re using — iPhone, iPad, Android or a desktop browser, and which model
- Which screen you were on and what you tapped right before the problem
- A screenshot, if you can take one — remember to cover any amounts you’d rather not share
- The line at the bottom of the Profile screen (looks like
81111dd · 18/08) — it tells us which version your device is running
Personal data requests
Under Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15, you have the right to ask to see, correct or delete your data, to withdraw your consent, or to complain about how we process your data. Send your request to the email address above, from the same email you registered with.
Two things you can do yourself right in the app, without waiting for us: delete your account and export all your data to files. Both are in your Profile.
Questions about money
We do NOT give investment advice and do NOT recommend specific financial products — that requires a licence under Vietnam’s Securities Law 54/2019. If a number in the app looks wrong, that’s a different matter: please tell us, and be as specific as you can.
